Frequently Asked Questions
Can pet doors be installed into glass doors or panels?
Yes, but we cannot cut holes into existing toughened/laminate safety glass, therefore we would have to order new glass with hole from our glass supplier. We can cut a hole in normal float existing glass however if it breaks you would be liable for new glass.
What size pet door should I choose?
It depends on your pet’s height and weight. Most brands offer small, medium and large options. Some even cater for extra large breeds! It’s best to measure your pet before buying.
Can pet doors be locked or secured when not in use?
Absolutely. Many pet doors come with locking panels or security covers so you can control when your pet has access or keep things sealed when you're away from home.
